- How does booking work?
- Choose a free time at least one day ahead, then book and pay on Cal.com. Your confirmation arrives by email straight away.
- I've never done Pilates or Barre. Is that okay?
- Absolutely — a private session is the best way to learn the fundamentals before joining group classes.
- Are private sessions only for beginners?
- Not at all. If you already train a lot, one-to-one time is the fastest way to refine your technique and break through plateaus.
- What should I wear or bring?
- Comfortable clothes you can move in and some water. Grip socks are a good idea for Reformer and Barre.
- Can I ask for a time that isn't listed?
- Yes, write me an email — if I can make it work, I will.
