Your first session

We start with your goals and anything your body wants me to know. Then we move: I watch, correct and build the session around you — so you leave knowing exactly what to work on.

Perfect for you if…

  • you're new to Pilates or Barre and want a strong foundation
  • you want to take your technique to the next level
  • group class times don't fit your week
  • you want someone to push you — with a smile

Questions

How does booking work?
Choose a free time at least one day ahead, then book and pay on Cal.com. Your confirmation arrives by email straight away.
I've never done Pilates or Barre. Is that okay?
Absolutely — a private session is the best way to learn the fundamentals before joining group classes.
Are private sessions only for beginners?
Not at all. If you already train a lot, one-to-one time is the fastest way to refine your technique and break through plateaus.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and some water. Grip socks are a good idea for Reformer and Barre.
Can I ask for a time that isn't listed?
Yes, write me an email — if I can make it work, I will.
